laptops, cell phones, palm handhelds, keys, cars,

Instant FMLA takes control of intermittent leave
and ongoing medical conditions. iFMLA provides
powerful management reports that show percent
working time lost, and it raises timely reminders
when medical certifications are about to expire.
iFMLA automatically accrues FMLA over either a
rolling or calendar year, and it optionally accrues
state family and medical leave such as CFRA, WFMLA,
and MA Maternity -- as well as tracking leave for
workman's comp, short term disability, and long term
disability.
Although turned off by default, Instant FMLA
includes all of the HRIS features of Instant HR.
